1. Card Break Refunds and Cancellations

1.1 Non-Refundable Purchases

All sales for card break spots are final. Once a break has begun or your spot has been purchased, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges unless otherwise stated in this policy. Break spots cannot be transferred to other breaks or customers after purchase.

1.2 Break Cancellation by Collectors Break HQ

In the unlikely event that a scheduled card break is canceled or postponed by Collectors Break HQ due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., product delays, technical issues, insufficient participants), participants will be offered the following options:

  • Full Refund: A refund for the full amount paid for the break spot will be processed back to the original payment method.
  • Credit Transfer: Participants can choose to transfer the value of their purchase to another upcoming break of equal value.

We will notify participants via email or social media regarding any cancellations and provide instructions for claiming refunds or credit transfers.

1.3 Unsold Break Spots

If a break does not sell out and we choose to cancel or postpone the break, all participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their spot to a future break. Participants will be contacted directly with their options.

2. Product Sales Refunds and Returns

2.1 Product Purchases

For any sealed products, merchandise, or supplies purchased directly through our website (outside of card breaks), we allow for returns and refunds under the following conditions:

  • Return Eligibility: Products must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition with all original packaging intact.
