• Randomization: All team or player allocations in our card breaks are determined by random.org or a similar service, ensuring fair allocation for all participants.
• Break Schedules: Breaks are conducted live at scheduled times. It is the responsibility of participants to check the website or social media for updates on break timings.
• Video Replay: Breaks will be recorded and made available for replay for up to 30 days after the break has been completed. Collectors Break HQ is not responsible for technical difficulties during live streams but will provide post-break support if needed.

4. Purchasing Break Spots

• Purchase Process: To participate in a break, you must purchase a spot through our website. Spots are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Once a purchase is completed, it cannot be transferred to another break or refunded unless otherwise stated in these terms. There will also be plenty opportunities to purchase product & cards solely for yourself while stock lasts
• Payment Methods: We accept payments via PayPal, Square, Afterpay, and other methods specified on our website. All payments must be made in full before the break begins.

5. Pricing and Availability

• Pricing: All prices for break spots, personal product & cards are clearly listed on the website. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time without notice, but prices will be honoured at the time of your purchase.
• Availability: Spots in breaks, quantity of general product/personal product & single cards are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If any of them previous mentioned sells out, you may be placed on a waiting list for future breaks.

6. Refund Policy

• Non-Refundable: Once a card break has commenced, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. Refunds may be provided in exceptional circumstances if the break is canceled by Collectors Break HQ before it begins. Refer specifically to our refund policy for further information on other refunds
• Cancelations by Collectors Break HQ: If any of our services are canceled for any reason, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their purchase to anything else they may desire.

7. Shipping

• Domestic Shipping: Cards from breaks are typically shipped within 5-7 business days after the break is completed.
