- Break Orders: Standard shipping for card break hits is included in the price of the break unless stated otherwise.
- Product Purchases: Shipping for sealed products and merchandise will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

We use reliable carriers such as Australia Post or courier services for all domestic shipments. All shipments include tracking, which will be provided to you via email once your order has shipped.
1.4 Delivery Times
Typical delivery times within Australia range between 2-10 business days, depending on your location. Please note that deliveries to rural or remote areas may take longer.
1.5 Lost or Damaged Shipments
Collectors Break HQ is not responsible for any shipments that are lost, stolen, or damaged after leaving our facility. If you wish to add insurance to your shipment for extra protection, please contact us before your order is shipped. Once your order has shipped, you can track your package using the tracking number provided.
If a package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number to file a claim. We will assist where possible but cannot take responsibility for losses caused by the carrier.

International delivery times vary greatly depending on the destination but generally range between 7-21 business days. Please note that customs processing times in your country can affect delivery.

- Break Orders: For international customers participating in breaks, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your package.
- Product Purchases: Shipping for sealed products and merchandise is based on the destination, weight, and size of the order, and will be calculated during the checkout process.
2.4 Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All international shipments are subject to the customs regulations of the destination country. The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. Collectors Break HQ is not responsible for these charges and cannot estimate what they will be. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
In the event that a package is held at customs, it is the customer’s responsibility to resolve any issues with the customs office. Failure to pay customs fees or taxes may result in the package being returned to us, in which case the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the package.
2.5 Lost or Damaged International Shipments
While we make every effort to ensure your package arrives safely, Collectors Break HQ is not responsible for international shipments that are lost or damaged in transit. All international shipments include tracking, and customers will be provided with a tracking number once their order has shipped. For customers who participate in multiple breaks or place multiple orders within a short period, we offer combined shipping to save on costs. If you would like to combine shipping for multiple breaks or purchases, please notify us before the first order is shipped. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been shipped, we cannot retroactively combine it with other orders.

For higher-value shipments or upon request, we offer a signature on delivery option to ensure your package is received securely. Please contact us before shipping if you would like to add this service to your order.
5. Shipping Restrictions
